Delivery Charges

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the item is not in stock we will inform you and give you an approximate delivery date. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you’ll know that is on its way to you.

Worldwide Delivery

If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Amber Beauty advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO.

 

Delayed or Lost Parcels

We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU order and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the Rest of World.

*Customers ordering from Brazil & Mexico should allow up to 30 days for delivery.

 

Returns & Refund

All our products come with a 28 day guarantee. We hope you will be satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, return the unopened and unused item to us within 28 days of receipt, and we will refund you. Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged unless the item is damaged, wrongly described or faulty.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace goods if the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty.

If you wish to return item/s please simply enclose a brief letter including your name, the Order Reference Number from your Dispatch Note as well an explanation as to why you are making the return and email to us at info@amberbeauty.com. We will e-mail you back with your Returns Authorisation Number.

Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging and securely, to avoid damage in transit, send back to us. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office.

In any event damaged, or used items will not be exchanged nor will a refund be made.

Once Amber Beauty have received your returned product/s you will be notified by email. Refunds are processed and will be credited to your account within 5 working days.
